• Our DOA (Death On Arrival) Policy protects you in the unfortunate event that your coral does not survive the transit (which is very rare).
• A coral is considered DOA if it arrives visibly dead, without any signs of life, or in a state of extreme decay.
• In this very rare event we would require clear photographic evidence of the coral in the original unopened cup/bag within 1 hour of delivery. Please contact us within 1 hour of signing for the delivery in order for us to verify any DOA claims.
• We will provide credit, or replacement excluding shipping (£14.05), or replacement included in next order. 

• Please closely examine the coral in its original unopened cup/bag upon arrival. If you notice there's any DOA, take clear photo evidence before opening the packaging / putting the coral into your aquarium, and contact us within 1 hour of delivery. For our DOA policy please refer to the information in our Useful Information page.
• If you are happy with the condition of the coral, please float the cup/bag in your aquarium/sump for 20-30 minutes to temperature acclimate the coral.
• We do NOT recommend drip acclimate (or keeping the coral in its original water once the cup/bag has been opened), as it may induce toxic ammonia shock
• We do NOT recommend gluing the newly arrived corals onto your aquascapes as this might stress it more.
• We recommend to place the newly arrived corals onto frag racks in the middle to lower of part of your tank, with varied flow. Please allow a few weeks, for the newly arrived corals to settle and to adjust to new light and tank parameter, before moving it to your desired position.

• Orders will be sent on every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (cut-off 12 noon). Heat packs will be used if needed depending on the weather. Please contact us if you have any special requirements. 
• All orders of live corals will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1PM. Orders should normally be delivered the next day by 1PM for most areas.
