A coral is considered DOA if it arrives visibly dead, without any signs of life, or in a state of extreme decay. In this very rare event we would require \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eclear photographic evidence of the coral in the original unopened cup\/bag within 2 hours of delivery\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e.
